Kamala Harris’s Natal Chart: Two Birth Times, Two Readings
Kamala Harris was born on October 20, 1964.

Another practitioner disagrees and proposes a birth time of 8:00 PM.
Under this reading, Harris’s chart presents a Fire element of Life in conflict with a Water element of Phase.
Her Destiny palace at the Rat palace, which is a Water element position, hosts Lian Zhen and Tian Xiang.
In her Life, Career, and Wealth palaces, there is the full combination of Zi Wei, Tian Fu, Wu Qu, and Tian Xiang. This is often called the Zi Fu Wu Xiang configuration, one of the five most auspicious constellations in Zi Wei Dou Shu.
It symbolizes the emperor’s stars and is often associated with great power and authority.
However, this particular configuration belongs to the Earth element, meaning it primarily benefits those with an Earth element of Life for positions like head of state or president. As Harris’s Life element is Fire, she does not gain the maximum advantage from this configuration and is unlikely to attain the position of president.
In Harris’s chart, her Body palace sits within her Wealth palace, which hosts Zi Wei, Tian Fu, and Wu Qu and receives the influence of Qi Sha from her Mental palace. This setup is called Qi Sha Chao Dou, Qi Sha facing the North Star.
However, her Mental palace has Xun, one of the obstacles of Xun and Jie, which disrupts the auspiciousness of this combination.

Both place Lian Zhen in a prominent position in Harris’s chart. Both involve Tian Xiang or Tian Fu in the Career or Destiny palace. Both point to challenges in her political trajectory in 2024.
